Saint Patrick's Day

I copied my friend Jill and made rainbow toast this year for St. Patrick's Day. I usually make green pancakes and green milk, but rainbow toast seemed fun to try. First you put food coloring in different cups of milk,
then the kids paint their slices of bread,

and then you toast it. It's magically delicious!!!

I served it with green milk and Lucky Charms. So Saint Patties.

My in-laws were in town this past Sunday. Here is my mother-in-law with Reid and Clara ready for church.Alvin playing peek a boo with the container lid.

My Birthday on March 17th

It was my birthday on March 17th. I turned 32 this year. It's getting harder to remember how old I am. I kind of stopped counting when I turned 29 (which seems like last year). David took the kids to the dollar store so they could pick out presents for me. Clara got me pens, pencils, and a little notebook. And Reid got me tupperware. These were actually pretty exciting gifts. I love stuff like this and the children were so excited to give it to me.
Here I am at 3 months old. My mom said I was always making faces. Here is one of them. Do I look like Alvin? Here are some more pictures of little Nabby.....

This was my favorite outfit. My mom literally had to wash it almost everyday because it was the only thing I would wear. And I wonder why Clara won't wear very many things. A taste of my own medicine. I had a really fun birthday this year. I went to lunch with my mom and dad to Paradise Bakery, I went shopping, and then I went to Cheescake Factory for dinner with David. All of my favorite things. Eating and shopping.

"Scar Face"

A couple of posts ago I mentioned how Reid has had stitches on his face 3 different times. Well, once again today he fell off his scooter and landed on his face. He just got his stitches out a week ago and now he did something new. You can still see the scar from his stitches between the 2 rasberries from the pavement. Poor boy.

Nice Day

These are pictures of Alvin crawling around outside today. I liked how it showed how he is always on the move. He is loving being able to check everything out.

Off he goes again. He was such a good boy this weekend. I am always telling my in-laws how fussy he is and they came in town this weekend and he was perfect. They must think I am the biggest wimp if I think he is fussy, but I promise he normally is:) Let's hope he is in a new phase.
Clara peeking around the corner. Today was such a nice day to play outside.
This is at the play place in south town mall. My in-laws were in town so we ended up at the mall today, as well as playing outside, eating out, and going to the BYU art museum.

David and I at the play place. How romantic:)

Dr. Seuss' Birthday

Last Monday was Dr. Seuss' birthday and Reid decided to be Thing 2 and his friends were Thing 1 and the cat in the hat. On a side not the band aid was from the Friday before when he jumped off the cough into the coffee table and had to have 5 stitches. This is Reid's 3rd set of stitches on his face. We are going to have to nickname him "scar face":)

Fun times

We went to the dinosaur museum in February. Alvin loved the big sand boxes. I love watching babies experience things for the first time. It makes all the hard times worth it. Moments like this.

Reid and Clara loved the sand box too, and the water and sand mixture.
Reid and Alvin looking cute. Alvin is now 11 months and crawling and pulling himself up on things. He loves to be held by his mommy. He loves his brother and sister. They are always making him laugh.

Reid and Clara are always so proud of the accomplishments Alvin makes.
